We offer technical support to all our customers and have a status page that logs any incident affecting our links and/or providers.
We offer technical support related to the virtual server infrastructure; however, our support does not cover specific assistance with installing and configuring applications or online games. Although our focus does not include these topics, we will do our best to help the customer wherever possible.
We have a WhatsApp group with more than 200 people, including customers, configurators and designers. In this group we encourage mutual help in a friendly and respectful environment. If you are just starting out, we can put you in touch with configurators who do custom work independently of ARMYRED HOST’s services, and whom we recommend based on their experience and skills.
The only two services that include a free domain are MU Online server hosting and VPS plans with Xeon or Ryzen processors. The domain is free for the first year; renewal from the second year onward is the customer’s responsibility.
With any of our MU Online plans, the customer gets their own domain. On plans paid in Argentine pesos, the included domain can be .ONLINE or .SITE at no extra cost; .COM.AR or .COM extensions require an extra payment.
