We do NOT configure servers to each customer’s liking. We ARE here to answer questions about our files and to guide customers so they know how and where to look for information or how to configure a file. Servers are installed PRE-CONFIGURED, which means the customer/server administrator must adjust it to their liking in terms of gameplay, mode and balance.

We also recommend people who do great work configuring servers, such as ConfigServerMU.

Are your files licensed?

Yes, all our files are licensed and can only be used on our servers.

Do you provide technical support for your files?

We currently have a WhatsApp support group where we all help each other, and we also have a Discord where we post the file changelog, announcements, maintenance notices and more. All file updates are FREE; we don’t charge for updates.

How often do you update your files?

Whenever we have something to update, whether new content or fixes to the project. While there are better emulators out there, we provide a stable emulator that lets users start their servers with peace of mind, as long as they’re eager to take on a project.

Does the server come configured?

The answer is NO. We make sure the server is running and linked to your website, along with the Launcher and the Client.

How does your DDoS mitigation work?

We update our mitigation every day as new vulnerabilities are discovered. We have custom filters for ports and also by IP ranges. We also run our own infrastructure where we see the graphs for all our IP addresses. That’s where we monitor packets, bytes per second and more.

How do I apply updates to my server?

When an update is available, we announce it on our channels (WhatsApp, Discord, Facebook) with everything you need to update. We always recommend making a backup before updating.
